Your collected reviews can now appear on your storefront. Turn on Show reviews on your storefront in the Reviews settings and visitors see a section below your catalogue with your overall rating, the one-to-five spread, and your most recent reviews — your replies shown underneath them. Nothing publishes until you've collected enough to be worth showing, three reviews by default, and hidden reviews stay out of both the list and the average. Only first names appear, never a full name or contact details. Your rating is also published in a format search engines read, so Google can show stars beneath your storefront in search results.

Paste your Google review link into the Reviews settings and a customer who rates you four or five stars is offered a one-tap link to post the same review on Google, right after they submit. It's the quickest way to turn the reviews you're already collecting into the ones new customers see when they search for you. Customers who rate you one to three stars aren't shown the link — they've told you something went wrong, and the useful next step is you reading it and replying. Nothing is hidden or filtered either way: every rating still counts towards your average and still appears on your storefront.

Once an order is delivered or closed, customers can rate it and leave a comment. A "How was your order?" card appears on the order status page they already use to track it, an invitation goes out by email if you have customer emails switched on, and a {REVIEW_LINK} placeholder lets you drop the link into a WhatsApp message you send by hand. Customers who checked out as guests can review too — no account needed. Everything lands in Apps > Reviews, where you'll see your rating, the spread across one to five stars, and how many reviews are waiting on a reply. You can answer any review publicly, hide one that's abusive, and set how long customers may change their mind — seven days by default.

Open a driver from the Drivers list and you can now correct their name, email, or phone number. Until now that page was read-only, so a typo in a driver's phone meant deleting the account and creating it again — and a wrong number is exactly what stops you reaching them mid-delivery. The email is what the driver signs in with, so changing it changes their login.

Carousel slides, announcements, popups and promo card groups can now run on a schedule instead of being switched on and off by hand every week. Open any of them and you'll find a Display rules section: pick which days of the week it should appear, set a time window — an evening promotion running from 21:00 to 02:00 carries across midnight — or tie it to your opening hours, so a "we're closed, order for tomorrow" message never shows while you're still taking orders. You can also choose who sees it: everyone, first-time customers, or people who have ordered from you before. And you can separate customers who scanned a QR code on your premises from those ordering from somewhere else, which makes it easy to run one message for people standing in front of you and another for everyone else. Announcements and promo card groups can additionally be limited to phones or computers. Days and times follow your store's time zone, and anything you leave untouched keeps showing exactly as it does today.

An add-on adds to the price — extra sauce, a bigger size. That works until you need to count sizes separately in your storeroom, give one its own photo, or set a price that isn't just the base plus a bit. Open an item's Add-ons menu and choose Convert to variants: pick the groups you count separately, and each combination becomes a variant with its own price, stock, photo and barcode. Prices carry over from what each add-on already added, so nothing needs retyping. You can convert them back later, though that removes the variants and anything you set on them. On the Variants card you'll also find Generate missing variants, which fills in every combination that doesn't have one yet at your item price — handy when you want to price and stock each one properly. Turning variants on is automatic now: add a variant group and the item sells variants, remove the last one and it stops.

The groups you set up on an item now appear on your storefront. Each group shows its own heading with its rule beside it, so customers can see at a glance whether they're picking one or several. A group set to pick one behaves that way — choosing a size swaps the previous choice instead of adding to it — and if a group is required, or has a limit on how many add-ons or how much total quantity, the customer is told right under that group's name rather than in one long list at the top. Those rules are checked again when the order is placed, so a group you mark required is one you can count on. Your order records got clearer too: when a choice only makes sense with its group name, like a size, receipts and kitchen tickets now read "Size: Large" instead of just "Large".

Midtrans is now available as a payment method, bringing Indonesia's most common ways to pay to your checkout: QRIS, GoPay and other e-wallets, bank transfer (virtual account), retail outlet payments, and cards — all through a single payment page.

Your customer picks Midtrans at checkout, chooses how they want to pay on Midtrans' secure page, and comes straight back to your store. Orders are marked paid automatically the moment Midtrans confirms the payment, including bank transfers that clear later — no manual confirmation needed.

Activate it under Settings → Apps. You'll paste in the Server Key from your Midtrans account and choose whether you're testing or live. Midtrans is available to stores selling in Indonesian Rupiah.

Add-ons can now be organised into named groups on an item — a Size group, a Sauce group, an Extras group — instead of one long list. Each group decides how customers choose from it: exactly one, or as many as they like, with limits on how many add-ons and on the total quantity, and you can mark a group as something the customer has to choose before ordering. Your existing add-ons have already been placed into a group for you, keeping the title and limits you had set, so nothing looks different until you split them up. Add more groups from the item page, drag to reorder them, and pick a group when you add or edit an add-on. Deleting a group never deletes its add-ons; they simply go back to being ungrouped. Your storefront is unchanged for now — groups start shaping what customers see in an upcoming update.

If your printed menu or catalogue shows a photo beside each item, the menu import can now pick those up as well. Tick Also extract item photos from the page when you start an import, and every photo the AI finds appears in the review step as a small preview on its row. Click a preview to see it full size, accept the ones that look right — or take them all with Use all photos — and they become the items' storefront photos: real photos of your real products, cut straight from your page and automatically cleaned up (print texture smoothed, sharpened, sized for your storefront). Nothing is attached without your say-so, and text-only menus work exactly as before. Requires the AI Kit app.

The Reservations panel has a new Team tab. Each team member gets their own column for the day — working hours shown open, time off struck through, and every booking drawn as a block on the timeline, with an extra column for bookings not yet assigned to anyone. Fully booked at 2pm but Ben's free at 3? One glance answers it. Pending bookings are clickable right on the timeline, so you can confirm and assign them without switching tabs. The tab appears automatically once any of your services is performed by specific staff members.

Your services and team can now appear as browsable cards on your storefront — a customer taps a service (or a specific team member) and lands on a clean booking page with it already selected, ready to pick a time. You control where the cards sit (above your items, below them, or hidden) and can add a photo to each service and each team member so the page feels like yours; team photos show as round avatars, and anything without a picture falls back to a tidy initials badge. There's also a dedicated, shareable booking page with its own link and QR code — find it under More → Share booking page — so you can drop "book here" into a bio, a message, or a printed sign, and customers can book without opening your full storefront. Everything follows your storefront's colours and layout automatically.

Book-by-staff-member just got smarter. Under Reservations → More → Staff schedules, each team member can now have their own weekly working hours — including split shifts with a midday break — so a stylist who works Tuesday to Saturday is never offered for a Monday appointment. Add time off for vacations or a half-day out, and new bookings for that person are blocked while existing ones stay put for you to move. Anyone without a custom schedule simply follows your business hours, like before.

The multi-stylist upgrade is here. Open any service and turn on performed by a specific staff member, then tick who on your team does it — customers booking that service now pick their person (or "No preference", and WhatsMenu assigns whoever's free, spreading bookings evenly across the team). Every staff member gets their own calendar: booking Ana at 2:00 never blocks Ben's 2:00. Confirmations, reminders and the customer's manage-booking link all say who the appointment is with, rescheduling stays with the same person, and the panel card shows the assignment at a glance.

When a driver is carrying several deliveries at once, their app now bundles them into a single run — ordered from nearest to farthest from where they are — with one-tap navigation to each stop and the cash to collect shown up front. Fewer back-and-forth trips means quicker deliveries during your busy periods, with no setup on your end.

Every booking confirmation and reminder now includes a secure Manage booking link — no login needed. From it, your customer can cancel (the slot reopens instantly for someone else) or reschedule to another genuinely open time, and you're notified the moment they do. Fewer "sorry, I need to cancel" phone calls, and customers who can move a booking in two taps often reschedule instead of just not showing up. You stay in control: turn either action off in Settings → Apps → Reservations, and the lock window (2 hours by default) means last-minute changes still have to go through you.

You can now set the time between slots under Reservations → Settings — offer start times every 15, 20 or 30 minutes, on the hour, or whatever suits your day. It's separate from how long a service takes: a 30-minute service set to on-the-half-hour offers 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, while the appointment still lasts its full 30 minutes. Default stays 15 minutes, so nothing changes unless you want it to. The service editor is also tidier now — details, time buffers and staff are grouped into clear sections — and the services list shows at a glance which team member performs each one.

No-shows are the most expensive problem in appointment businesses — so bookings can now remind themselves. Pick a window under Settings → Apps → Reservations → Remind customer before their booking (1 to 48 hours) and every confirmed booking sends the customer one automatic reminder ahead of their start time. Speaking of channels: email joins WhatsApp, and you now choose how customers hear from you. Two switches in settings — Notify customers via WhatsApp and via email — set your defaults, and the confirm dialog shows a checkbox per channel so you can decide differently for any single booking. Email is free; the booking form has an optional email field, and customers who fill it in get their confirmations, updates, and reminders in their inbox — with replies going straight to you.

Reservations now understands what your customers are booking, not just when. Define your services under Apps → Services — a haircut, a consultation, a test drive — each with its own duration, optional price, and prep or cleanup padding. The moment you have one active service, your booking form switches to real time slots: customers pick a service and see only the times that are actually open, computed from your business hours minus every existing booking. Taken times never appear, and if two customers race for the last slot, exactly one wins and the other is asked to pick again. Multi-chair salons and multi-room studios can set how many bookings may run in parallel, and a minimum-notice setting keeps last-minute surprises off your calendar. If you don't define services, your booking flow stays exactly as it was.

Skip the manual hand-off. In your Drivers settings you can now have each delivery assigned automatically to the nearest available driver — either the moment your store accepts the order or when it's marked prepared — and they're notified right away. If a driver declines, the order rolls to the next-nearest one on its own. Prefer to assign by hand? Leave it off and nothing changes.
